IRS attempts to issue tax refunds within 21 calendar days of processing your tax return. However it is not unusual for refunds to take 4-6 weeks or longer to be issued. State tax refunds usually take much longer to be issued. Use the links below to check the status of your tax refunds.

Minimum 4 weeks for refunds to be issued. (12 weeks for paper filed tax returns.)
Minimum 6-8 weeks for refunds to be issued.
Minimum 8-10 weeks for refunds to be issued.
